Collect 7 year old somali tomorrow called Liam - just don't like him having a proper name anyone think of anything that sounds like Liam that he might be okay with?????

Am so excited & nervous as when I went to visit he cried & meowed the whole time so am not hopeful of quiet nights at first.......

Plus I've never had a pedigree before.......

TIA

I've got a Colin-and a name has never suited a cat so well!

He is responding to Merlin so it's decided! Think he would respond to anything actually - he is completely loopy. He has eaten some food, used the litter tray & shut up apart from when we talk to him so hopefully he will be quiet in the kitchen for the night!

Has managed to damage the leather sofa already

aaaaah Merlin - excellent choice
Won't tell DH though - still can't mention him without DH practically blubbing

a leather sofa is a red rag to a bull to cat - they can't resist them.

Merlin's a great name for a pet, on of our dogs is called Merlin [typing quietly so he doesn't know a cat has the same name as him]!
