How soon to start riding again?

DS is now 4 weeks and i am desperate to get back in the saddle...... How long did everyone else wait?

Well, not been since DS was born, but I was back in action 4 days after an ERPC... I think 4 weeks sounds OK. I wore a big sanitary pad though to cushion me

As long as you feel fine ie: bruising down below, i would go for it.
I was riding still at 7Months preg with Ds2 so imagine it would be fine afterwards?
Just take it easy.

I waited 3 weeks after having dd1 (natural birth),can't remember after dd's 2& 3 (twins by c-section) but it was longer. I got back on my pony 10 days after giving birth to dd4 (home birth) but that was more to prove that I could IYSWIM .

i feel fine. no stitches etc or brusing so ill go for it tomorrow. so excited!!!!!!!!! i rode up till 4 months then stopped so really miss it!
