Does anyone have any experience with tesco pet insurance?

My beautiful furry baby got run over three weeks ago and I am waiting for them to pay the insurance for his cremation.

I had to take the money out of my meagre savings and am now struggling without my savings to fall back on.

I feel awful that I'm now waiting on the money from them to be honest, but I really cant manage without it coming back to me and dd is desperate for some new shoes (which would have come out of the savings had they still been there)

does anyone have any experience on how long they usually take to process it all?

Think Tesco's are normally reasonably quick... so might be an idea to call them to find out when you can expect payment.

They've usually been very quick to pay out to us, but I think there was a paperwork cock-up once. Have you phoned them to chase it up?
