Weeing while she runs

I have an 18 month old pug and just recently she's started Weeing as she runs. She's never done this before, she's always stopped for a wee and carried on after but now she'll stop for the first little bit and then run for the rest. It goes all over her back legs and just doesn't seem right. I've always had real trouble house training her and ever to this day she's not 100%, does anyone have any suggestions as to why this might be?

Perhaps take her to the vet as it sounds like it could be a muscle weakness in her bladder. My Westie used to wee whenever she jumped up and down and run around when she was excited, the vet suggested taking her down for a check for a muscle weakness.
