Licked to death!

My gorgeous Bengal likes to lick my skin. It's like sandpaper! However I don't want to shove him away and hurt his feelings. Why does he want to lick me so much? Anything I can do to save my poor skin?!

Glitch? Weird. Okay so my gorgeous Bengal boy has an obsession with licking me. It's quite painful as his tongue is like sandpaper. Why does he do it and what can I do to discourage him gently?

I don't know but I'm curious as to whether it could be a nutrient deficiency, because my 9 year old cat's just started doing this, which seems a little late in the day!

I have two cats, my Bengal and a long haired domestic little girl with a very dodgy stomach. Vet thinks some sort of glutton intolerance. They are both fed on James well beloved kitten. I don't give them treats or wet food at all.

Is he tenderising you before the bite?
