He keeps doing it. He is only 10 weeks old though. Really want to know the best thing to wash the whole floors with as I don't want to make matters worse.

Get some odour remover from a petshop - normal cleaners don't remove all the smell and the dog will think they're supposed to wee there. It works a treat.

we got simple solutions it is brill, it is an excellent stain remover too and we have diluted it and it works just as well, hope that help. It can also be added to carpet machines we have used it on all of our cRPETS AND THEY CAME UP BRILLIANT!
whoops sorry didnt mean caps!

Wash any area of soiling with biological washing powder. It is the only thing that means the dog can no longer smell it, not just us humans

particuarly avoid cleaning agents with ammonia (it smell like pee)

Try scattering dogs food there (if its dry food ) or putting the puppies bed there. Our puppies wouldn't poo in their eating or sleeping areas so I did that and slowly extended the area till it was all viewed as living space and outside was the only space left to use.

Feckit is totally right, use 1 in 10 solution of dilute biological washing powder and for overkill can spray some white spirit on afterwards. potential prob with food on floor is puppy will just find somewhere else unsuitable to pee/poo. never ever tell puppy off unless actually catch in act of doing. can end up in situation where puppy outside with you and desperate to go but thinks you tell it off for going so will wait until your back turned and then run inside and do it!
