kittens sulking

I just picked up 2 kittens at the weekend; they're adorable and so affectionate. I took them to the vets for their vacinnations today and he said they have some fleas (no surprise as their mother has had them recently I believe). Anyway, I've treated them and they hated it just wriggled around and were not happy at all. Now they're sulking (the girl more) and aren't loving me as much as this morning. Will they forgive? I felt so lucky to have 2 such affectionate little kittens.

Seriously- just give them some space.

They've been manhandled, stuck in a loud moving thing, dragged out of their carrier into a really stinky place where they've had a weird person do things to them that no feline should be subjected to and then stabbed with a needle before being shoved back into the box, then repeated the ride in the loud moving thing.

If someone did that to you, you'd be pissed off with them and wouldn't want to give them the time of day for a while, surely?
