To report her to the RSPCA?

Hi, just wanted advice on if I should report her to the RSPCA or not?!

I know a woman lets call her X, X has 7 female dogs and 1 male dog. None of the dogs are neutered.
The poor dogs are constantly pregnant and by this I mean every season the dogs have they get pregnant at the end of this. One of the poor dogs is 8 years old and still having puppies.
X refuses to get the dogs neutered as "nature happens for a reason" plus she can't really afford it!
None of the puppies get vet checked or even there 1st jab when she lets them go at 7 weeks old. She's charging £600 for a cross breed.
Surely she'd be able to afford getting the dog neutered! would it be wrong to report her to the RSPCA for over breeding her dogs, they never get walked as she "has too many, and they're too much to handle" but her best friends
She doesn't have a license to breed as she has more than 5 litters a year and says she's not a breeder.

So would I be in the wrong to phone them and tell them about what she's doing?

Call them like yesterday.

Yes, call RSPCA. Unfortunately what she's doing may not be illegal but it's certainly immoral. And as DOoin says the taxman/benefits offices might very well be interested... (Hi DOoin )

If you give your contact details to the RSPCA, be aware that you may be bombarded afterwards with agonised fundraising telephone calls. Such a shame that they waste any of their fundraising budget on aggressive telephone chugging.

You have to wonder about the type of people buying those dogs who must look a state and still go ahead after seeing the conditions they were born in and the kind of life the puppies will get :(

Possibly more of the same un vaccinated untreated unnuetered breeding machine lifestyle :(

Just rang them, got told my claim would be looked into, however I do know she's got into trouble before for claiming her income was lower than it was!
Neither of the dogs were health tested and she doesn't accept them if the owner can't keep them

What a sad situation. Those poor dogs. Is she not entitled to any neutering vouchers, if she claims to not be able to afford it?

Just makes you want to go and dog so every single last one of them doesn't it :(

Even being PTS is preferable to a shit life like that.

She doesn't want to get them neutered sunflower , she doesn't take them to a vet either. She makes up excuses to get out of neutering them, she can afford a bloody holiday to spain though and her house redecorating. Its horrible because theres already so many dogs in rescues

They must be wormy, flea ridden, mal nourished, stir crazy and pregnancy takes it's toll on fragile bodies :(

The dogs she have are tiny anyway due to their breed

The barely stand a chance then do they.

Fleas can kill on a small puppy or kitten if there's enough if them they could kill a small dog.

So that probably throws anaemia into the mix of health conditions too

I would certainly report her to the RSPCA and let them decide whether the dogs are being treated properly or not. Don't hesitate.

It annoys me becauas 8 years ago I bought a dog from a 'good' breeder and he died young due to in-breeding, I was none the wiser at the time snd since then stuck with rescue dogs. Shes also got cats which she breeds. Been told I should get a call back if they require more information. 5 of the dogs are 5/ over and keep losing puppies every litter

Dread to think what would happen if one of her dogs needed a c section as they're not registered at a vet's and she wouldn't take them. I just want to dog nap them
