tropical fish questions.

We have just put fish in new aqyarium, but having archieved don't think its been set up long enough. Anyway think we bought two pregnant guppy's how do you know when to put them in one of those isolation things?

Should I be putting some aquarium salt in?

sorry Kelly, have no idea about your tube - I would buy a new starter then if that doesn't work, try a new tube..

LWTG, it is frustrating isn't it? Pity you were given crap advice in the first instance.

buy some thing called nutrafin cycle we left our tank for 2 weeks and then added fish the same time as we added this treatment. the next day our platy's had babies and they are all doing really well

we also was told to get minnows/platy's(red top blue coral ) and we got 2 dalmation mollies. the are the best things to start with . i assume that guppies and tetras would be good but as they have been over bred for their coulours they arent as hardy any longer
