Feel bad hi-jacking 'ohshoot's thread to talk about our staffies...
Our boy is much calmer now, he was netured about 3 months ago, and thats helped. The family we got him from came round at the other day and they said he is not as nutty as he was. ATM he is asleep in his crate, looking all lovely.
He makes me laugh tho, when he has treats he has to sit to get one, if I am eating chocolate or something nice, he will sit and look at me like 'look I am sitting' ;)

Ooooer a thread with my name in

Lol.....We went for picnic today and took dogs, they both sat there soooo still waiting for food. Ended up giving them more sandwich than me
Our older one (she's 2) is really calm now but has started to copy Maisie so she chews some things but Maisie copmletely destroys them!!

SparklyGothKat · 01/09/2006 23:37

They can destroy thing so quickly too,
Our one bolted out the front door the other day, I was chasing him down the road, all the kids in the street were calling his name, he ended up down the park, and every time I got near him, he would run off again.. little sod. I was breathless when I finally caught him..

thats what maisie is like with a ball. Jesse gets it brings it back to me, maisie steals it and runs off!!! I spend 5 minutes catching her to do it all over again. Or she gets the ball and destroys it before I can get to her

SparklyGothKat · 01/09/2006 23:42

He looks to pop balls, or rip up tennis ball. We found a fab ball for him, its so solid and it flashes when he palys with it. He can't destroy it but its noisy when he throws it around the living room. We got it at Jolleys

SparklyGothKat · 01/09/2006 23:44

Its at crew's hill in enfield. The ball has no name on it, but if you would like, I need to go to jolleys soon again, and I could get you one,

I got to go to bed now, Dh thinks I'm weird chatting on the computer all night! He looked at me like i'm a loon when I said wow theres a thread with my name on it

Night xxx Will catch up tomorrow, daresay one of the dogs will do something to make me want to offload on here

SparklyGothKat · 01/09/2006 23:53

OP posts:
magnolia1 · 02/09/2006 11:38

Is it the same as the one you have? I have never found anything Maisie can't destroy so would be good if it's pre tested on another staffie

SparklyGothKat · 02/09/2006 11:40

Yes that the same one. He has had for about 3 months and he still hasn't destroyed it, its a bit stratched up but still in one piece. Not like his 'ultra strong rubber ball'

OP posts:
magnolia1 · 02/09/2006 11:48

SparklyGothKat · 02/09/2006 11:48
