Safe to be around mice when pregnant?

A friend has asked me to look after her pet mice and to have them in my house while she is on holiday for three weeks. Normally I wold love to do this as I love mice - is this safe for me while I'm pregnant?

Might be abit late for this but yes mice are safe to be around. The only thing they really tell you to avoid is cat waste but even then the likelihood of a cat having toxoplasmosis is pretty thin and is easily avoidable if you wash you're hands probably.
