Stair gate big enough for cats?

Hi,

I was wondering if someone may be able to help. We have two large cats, one of whom will be pregnant soon. We need a stair gate to stop our little one crawling all over the house but the stairgate needs to be wide enough to allow a large pregnant cat through.. Any ideas? All the stairgates we see are really narrow and I don't think our pregnant mog will be up to jumping over the gate!!! :) thank you!

you can get stair gates with cat flaps! (dont know how much they are though)
