what age was your puppy housetrained by?

My puppy is 12 weeks, we've had him for 3 weeks and I'm starting to think i'll be bulk buying kitchen roll and clearing up accidents forever!! :(

At 12 weeks old they're the equivalent to a 6 month old baby ... don't worry, your puppy will get there soon.

we have had them pretty reliable at ten weeks, and some that still need chasing out with the mop at 16 weeks

make sure everyone inthe house is paying attention...every SINGLE time the puppy changes its mind...stops playing, starts playing, settles to sleep, wakes from sleep, gets up to greet someone, asks for dinner, gets dinner...every single time it has a second thought take it outside and say those magic words and DO NOT come back inside until something has been produced. Lavish praise and back indoors you come.
