he was really attached to him, i don't really know what to say, he wasn't really that bothered when my rabbit died, but he loved that cat

borrow this .. but change parrot to cat

'E's not pinin'! 'E's passed on! This parrot is no more! He has ceased to be! 'E's expired and gone to meet 'is maker! 'E's a stiff! Bereft of life, 'e
rests in peace! If you hadn't nailed 'im to the perch 'e'd be pushing up the daisies! 'Is metabolic processes are now 'istory! 'E's off the twig! 'E's kicked the
bucket, 'e's shuffled off 'is mortal coil, run down the curtain and joined the bleedin' choir invisibile!! THIS IS AN EX-PARROT!!

PMSL twiglett...classic

Marina · 13/07/2006 18:01

As you are getting no help here at all SEA I'd just say cat heaven. It is very difficult when children get so attached to animals.

Marina · 13/07/2006 18:01

You bad Twig

southeastastra · 13/07/2006 18:07

he seems to have taken it on and isn't too upset i suppose the realisation will hit him when the cat doesn't keep coming in.

thanks to marina and fiofio! i think in the next few days he will start to become more upset, or understand that he won't see him again. it's a really hard thing to explain to a 4 year old.

stopping casting nasturtians at my character

Oi'll 'ave you know I'm cold stone sober .. stone cold sober

Twiglett · 13/07/2006 19:46

I think in the next few days he'll totally forget about it personally ... and he'll probably bring it up in about a month
