We are getting our baby dragon tomorrow

Our hamster died a few weeks ago and now DP and DD between them decided that instead of getting another hamster they wanted to go for something different so we are getting a bloody lizard.

I wasn't happy about it to begin with but after reading about their temperament etc and then going to the pet shop today and holding a three week old baby bearded dragon they have now managed to persuade me.

Its kind of a father's day present too as DP said he has always fancied keeping one.

you have to keep them in a tank don't you? what are you going to call it?

Ooops sorry Soupdragon, have just remembered thats what you call your baby.

We are calling it Lennie because when they are babies its impossible to tell whether its male or female so believed that suited both.

i got a bearded dragon at christmas they are fab jus make sure you handle it every day to get it nice and tame a remember lizard poo can carry salemena enjoy you lizard!

aww i call my dd Lennie (its actually Eleanor but i just LOVE Lennie)
