Our 5 month old GSD had a new microchip put in last week after the one given to him as a puppy could never be found.
Tonight he and dh came home early from training class because he was visibly upset, lunging at other dogs even his friends. Although he wasn't biting or snapping he was barking at them which is so out of character. The trainer thought maybe the microchip had lodged itself somewhere, has anyone else experienced this?
I've given him a couple of drops of rescue remedy as when he came home he knew he had done wrong so was even more upset. We did move his crate today as we got a new fridge freezer and I had thought that would be the reason he was out of place tonight.
Any advice appreciated!
