New kittens

I've just chosen two 6 week old kittens. I'd love to take them now but I go on holiday in 3 weeks. would it be cruel to take them home and then ask someone to care for them while I'm away? My kids are driving me mad to get them but I'd rather wait if it's cruel

They are a bit too young to be away from mom really, I'd pick them up after the holiday when they are a bit bigger and have had more time with mum.

Otherwise it's like taking a young baby from mum and giving it to foster parents for a few weeks then going to a new family. Bit disorientating.

I agree with Fluffycloudland77, leave them until you come home otherwise a lot of stressing out for them and you as well!!
