I have 2 cats one male one female. We moved ino our new house 6 months ago and i am getting fed up with my cat poohing on our grass in the garden. My hubby has to go and claen it all upeverytime our son wants to go in the garden. In the mornings she always pees/poohs in the bathroom. Sometime in my bathroom towels!
I dont have a cat flap beacuse we are not aloud to put one in for a year yet (housing association) i dont want to hae to start buying cat litter tray as i have a 2 yr old sn who will end up in it. I am also 6 months pregnant and getting sick/fed up with this! I love my cat to bits but hubby has had enough and wants rid Angry I need some tips ideas on what to do to stop her going in the back garden and how to stoip her in the house.
We used to live in a ground floor flat before and always had the window open so it was never an issue. Now she sleeps all the time up the stairs and is fat! (i have cut down on food) Any advice would be great.

I've got 3 indoor cats and recently 2 started peeing & pooing in the house. The Male would pull down a bath towel and pee in it (sometimes poo aswell. The worst it got was when I left ds2's bedroom door open and 1 had gone in his cot Shock. We bought this plug in from the vets and it worked brilliantly. It's about 20 quid and the refills are 14. You plug it where the cats sleep most (my case it was upstairs) and it releases cat pheromones (their happy scent) thus making cats contented. It works on cats that are using the place as a loo, cats that are stressed and generally recommended for houses that have more than 1 cat. Since we put that in a few months back, there's only been one or two incidents (plus we now keep ds2's rrom door shut and removed towels from the bathroom). Try it out.
Our cats' seem alot calmer and more contented and it's definitely worth the money.

God i did not know you could get such a thing! lol i will tell hubby and go to the vets as soon as! With no 2 coming along i could just see the same cenario happening with the cot Angry
the vets will probable help advise with the garden situation. I know at least its done out side but my male cat does not do the toilet in my garden its just her. Mind you she never goes any fruther than the garden
