She is gorgeous. A 3 yr old Weshi(Westie/Shih Zhu cross). Also have her 2 yr old sister.
They are being trimmed tomorrow by my regular mobile dog trimmer.
Whilst Betsy is cool with it all, Flora is absolutely crap. She had an embedded grass seed in one of her paws a couple of yrs ago and since then has really flipped when having her claws clipped. They are sooo long now, and as we live in the country, all their walks are field walks so no opportunity to wear them down.
What can I give her??
Have got human Kalms, and Diazepam(valium) 2mg.
When I gave my Lab 1mg Diaz on NY Eve 2000 cos of all fireworks, she was alfor 2 days!!! Don't want to suppress my little girl's airways so much that she stops breathing!!!!
