cat pepper, allergy or infection?

our cat has been sneezing a lot and sometimes when she does there is a white dischaarge (sorry if tmi). Eating OK and not looking ill. Has had one course of antibiotics - sneezing stopped for a few days but soon restarted. Now I've discovered our neighbour is putting down cat pepper.

What would you do?

What is cat pepper? One of our cats is sneezing a lot recently but he had cat flu earlier this year and it periodically flares up again.

cat pepper is something my neighbour puts around flower beds to discourage cats using them as a toilet when its under his guest bedroom window. Our cat has been vaccinated against cat flu since we've had her but did have a nasty infection of some type about 3 years back. I gather the injections are like human flu ones and don't protect against all varieties.

We took her to the vet anyway - antiinflammatory injection, different antibiotics and a longer course. Why do they never sneeze in the vets (or just a little one not the whole fit)?
