When you get the cork to fit just right.

End up with an exploding dog though in a couple of days. Not worth it, IME.

Took ours about that time too Munz.... The "excited" weeing took a littel longer (i.e. "you're back!!" wag wag wag wag piss.

Always wash with biological washing powder afterwards too. Removes any scent that the dog will pick up (if it smell doggy wee it goes "hmm, nice. must be ok to wee here". Reduces that problem).

Cork??? Evil HM. Evil HM.

We've had our 4 months and he only does it at night (not pleasant in the morning). He's been banished to puppy prison at night which is in the garden now though because I could stand it.

Nice tip. Oh and he pees when he's pissed off with us. He peed on my hubby coat the other day because he was told to have a run in the field and it was cold outside. So Apollo peed on his coat, not nice.

Get this book , it really works, we tried everything (for months) with one of our dogs and that book sorted her in a week!

sareh - ours still does (well one does) the excited pee pee dribble - thankfully it's only a dribble by our feet so nothing mega to mop up.

MP - u have my sympathy on the whole cold = no outside for pees. only way we combatted this incl snow (as ours wouldn't go out in the snow for pees) was to go up the garden with them and play with them then they'd pee and we'd get soaked but made a big fuss over them and they got used to it!
