For the cat's pee to stink?? Nemo is having tiny accidents, (I think he is dribbling urine all over the house, not his fault) and I can't see any puddles anyway, but I can smell it, and its very very strong, Nemo doesn't use a litter tray normally, he is trained to go outside, but we were told to put one down for him. I guess I will be bleaching everywhere again today.

Cats with urine infections can be pongy, ime, Sparkly. Is he having antibiotics?

Don't try and clean up with bleach. Cats don't like the smell of it and will try to mask it with their own pee. You can use a solution of biological washing poweder instead. Good luck!
