Is Frontline still the best? I usually buy it online as vets are very expensive but it's gone up on the site I use...the animals are about due for it again, 5 cats and 1 doggy. Can anyone recommend? Thanks.

We used 2 doses of Frontline a week apart (vet said it would be ok) last summer and it did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WHATSOEVER, cats were still crawling with fleas. Stronghold seems to do the trick though. It's even more expensive than Frontline, but cheaper than buying Frontline and then having to buy something else after discovering that Frontline doesn't work..

Frontline has always worked for us tbh but the cost obviously is a factor, I heard there might be something as good now but much cheaper, buggered if I can remember the name though!
