There is a thread in chat regarding a bird stuck behind a fireplace in a chimney that cannot be accessed. Apologies but I can't do a link on my phone. The basic problem is that the bird cannot be accessed via the fireplace as it is plasterboard across the chimney breast but the bird has obviously fallen down from the roof, and is doomed to die slowly as things stand.
Any ideas about how to either rescue the bird or give it a more humane death?
Thought it may get a more knowledgable audience here!
