Puppy pee problem - any advice?

I thought I was so clever teaching my 9 week old puppy to pee on command. Slight problem - she will now only do it if I am standing beside her (not dh or anyone else will do) and only if I give the command. Dh just spent half an hour standing in the garden with her. As soon as they came inside she weed on the kitchen floor next to me. She wont even go in the garden on her own. Am I destined to spend the rest of my life standing in the rain saying "busy busy"? Help!!

We have a 9 week old puppy too and she prefers it if I am out with her. If I come indoors before she has been she will follow me without going!! I have started to stand at the back door and putting her out saying wee wees till she goes. Next step is just opening door and staying in kitchen but keep putting her out till she goes. (Will have to spy through kitchen window )

What fun eh?

that's what we did mags - and make the biggest fuss when our staff peed outside away from us. - really made her day getting so much attention. think it was only a phase with our staff.

Lol..... Our other dog is a year old and hates the rain. I have to literally drag her outside and keep puting her on the grass Luckily the puupy is ok in the rain!!
