Giant African Landsnail owners?

We've had a GAL since the summer and it's growing well. We really need to get a heat pad now as it getting colder but all of them seem to be for glass tanks only and our snail is in a plastic tank. Can anyone recommend a heat pad for a plastic tank?

My dh has kept snakes in plastic tanks with a heat mat. He uses the same ones for glass tanks so it should be ok as it doesn't get very hot.

Ours had a massive growth spurt when we put a heat mat in the tank. Be prepared [hgrin]
