We have the nursery's African snails who seem to be laying eggs for England at the moment, what should I be doing with them, they will go back on 2nd September.

Off to finish ironing but any help gratefully received and will be back later.

bleurgh, don't you have to boil the eggs or else you end up with five million african snails??? not sure what you do - our nursery did end up with five million african snails. was grim

freeze them or crush them unless you want many snaillets.

My DD has african snails, she freezes any eggs for 24hours and then throws them in the bin. hth.

Make sure you kill the eggs before throwing them out - or they can invade the local ecosystem and cause havoc with native wildlife. Freeze/boil/crush/bleach them before disposing of them. Lovely...
