Help needed vis. baby hedgehog

My friend found a newborn (eyes closed) they have been feeding and caring for it. The problem is how to get it back in the wild how old should it be etc.?

Google hedgehog rescue in your local area and you might come up with someone who will take it off your hands and nurse it back to full recovery.

At least thats what I did when we found a very lethargic hedgehog in our garage.
