Help needed with advice on puppy sicialising

I'm picking my puppy up in a few days. He is 11 weeks old and is currently living with his mum, 2 siblings and another adult dog.
When he comes home to me, he will be our only pet. I often look after a 3 year old bull dog who is well socialised.
I'm not sure how to go about getting them to be friends, so any suggestions are welcome!

Pup should have learned lots of social manners from mum and siblings (limitations on chewing/nipping), so that helps a bit.

Take him to puppy classes too - your vets might run one, or at least recommend one. That's always a good way to socialise them too :)

And last but not least, training classes! Wink

HTH and good luck

A well socialised bull dog should know exactly how to behave without you doing anything. Watch them to make sure the puppy is safe, and relax about it, if you are relaxed they will interact in a relaxed way, and sort it out for themselves.

Thanks Smile
I've not seen my pup in the flesh for 6 weeks, but judging by the photos he is very chunky!

I can't wait to get him. I'll be taking him puppy classes in a couple of months. I took my previos pup and he got on really well there. He was the star and I was very proud

We took my pup to see the bulldog tonight and pup get flattened! He gave a few yelps and the other dog backed off a bit so hopefully she will play a bit softer in future!
