Guinea pig stomach noises - quite worried

My gps went to the vet a couple of weeks ago for a check up - everything was fine.

I've just noticed that either one of both of them are making noises from their stomachs. Is this normal? Nothing else to report and it may have been going on for ages but I've not noticed.

Also, was cuddling one tonight and I could feel bubbles and then she let rip. Is this normal?

Are they eating properly, are they passing normal poo, are they otherwise bright and lively normal guinea pigs? If the answers to any of the above are no, then you need to call the vet in the morning and get them seen asap. If the answer is yes too all, then just keep an eye on them and call the vet if you have any further concerns.

Thanks very much for the reply. They seem fine...eating hay, moving around, fine when being cuddled and no stomach hardness but I'm sure I would have noticed this noise before. I think I'll get them to the vet tomorrow just in case...

Guinea Pigs make a whole host of different noises. Wheeking for food are my lots most to do list:0) next up the males like to strut and rumble around the Sows LOL they have been done but still try. They wheek when happy or dart about doing funny jumps known to many piggie people as POPCORNING
If you have never owned piggies before you would not know have the lovely cute things they can do. Enjoy them off to clean my stinky lot out. Then off to pick up two recues from someone who is bored with them sad
