Women should not put up being treated like this. Older readers may remember the days when hospitals gave all patients for maternity care the same 9 am appointment and pregnant mothers spent hours at hospitals waiting to be seen. That was equally unacceptable and unforgivable. The only way to change mistreatment is to challenge it. Hopefully women's organisations will respond positively to the result of this petition and take up the cause.
Please sign and encourage others, your sister, your mother and partners to sign before midnight. There is nothing to lose, except 2 minutes of your time.
