Parliamentary Petition: Approve and implement the EHRC guidance on meaning of sex in the Equality Act

The Supreme Court has issued a ruling relating to the definition of sex in the Equality Act. We want the Government to immediately approve and implement the resulting guidance produced by EHRC. We think the delay is untenable.

We believe the government demonstrates a complete disregard for the rights of all women and girls in everyday life by attempting to delay approving and implementing the guidance produced by the EHRC.

It has been posted on X a few times but more posts are needed. It would definitely help if an organisation like Sex Matters promoted it.

Petitions that do well have women supporting them who seem to spend their time 27/7 relentlessly posting links to them on social media.

If everyone who signed posted a link on social media, messaged or emailed a friend, etc. it would help to spread the word.
