Have just read through your preamble blurb to the petition and there are too many flaws in the proposal for me to agree to sign it.

I disagree with the ageist slant you seem to be taking. Often it is the older occupant who can afford to take such proceedings.

I agree that there should be some form of "tribunal" that could hear such cases and keep them shorter but where boundaries are involved the value is difficult to ascertain and often not low value. Fixed costs will lead to people not being able to defend (or pursue) claims properly which can have a major impact on their homes or value of them.
