❗️LAOS POISONING: PLEASE READ ❗️
As you may know, in November 2024 there was a mass methanol poisoning in Vang Vieng which caused 6 fatalities and many more affected. Myself and my lifelong best friend Simone were victims and Simone passed away, at just 28 years old.
Simone’s family and I have been trying to raise more awareness surrounding the dangers of bootleg alcohol. I’ve just created a petition for the UK government to provide education on this topic. I hope that this will prevent further young lives lost.
