This is a campaign that's local to Dumfries and Galloway in Scotland- so probably not everyone's patch.
But I'm highlighting here, because councils all over the UK are using budget constraints to close schools and increase teacher pupil ratios. When they get away with it in one region, they use that as evidence to replicate in all regions.
The model proposed will close 50% of local primary schools over the next 10-15 years.
