"Please sign this petition to try and save Karen Gordon’s life. She is a 37-year-old lady who has very severe Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME). Karen lives in East Sussex, South East England.
Karen is currently at home suffering from life threatening dehydration and malnutrition. She has lost a lot of weight. She is getting thinner and thinner. Karen is scared that she is going to die from dehydration and malnutrition. Karen does not want to die.
Karen needs the East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust to provide I/V feeding (TPN) and I/V fluid at home without delay.
ME/CFS is classified by the World Health Organisation as a neurological condition.
Karen is totally bed bound and cannot eat or drink."

Signed for you. Might be worth looking into catatonia as a condition, I am not medical but my son had that and was like this and lorazepam helped. He could not eat drink or see much or walk, his was after wrongly given anti psychotic. I hope you can get help.

Signed - hope she gets the help she needs that shouldn't be so difficult to provide. This sounds like more than ME though (not dismissing ME here at all , I have MS and am well researched in anything causing crippling fatigue!) and hope she is having further investigation in the hope they can find something that is treatable rather than just helping her stay alive.

Hope the lady gets the help she needs. To be honest, it sounds like ME isn't the issue here.
