Does it normally take the Government so long to comment after 10,000? Iirc they usually churn out something fairly quickly.

I remember previous government responses as always being fairly quick too Icake 49 days seems long to me.

Maybe they wanted to see what exactly the Scottish government did before responding.

Never interrupt your enemy when they're making a mistake? (or something)

Just watched it tick over to 54k. Thanks to the Scottish Government for bringing this to people's attention.

The Petition map is so interesting.
It’s perhaps to be expected given events that much of Scotland is a shade darker, but the dark areas in England are surprising. Calder Valley - I’d expect Hebden Bridge to be a hotbed of wokeism but maybe the lesbians there are fighting back! Brighton, Cambridge, Manchester Withington (lots of students), Holborn and St Pancras (Keir Starmer’s constituency) all score highly and are areas where you would expect TRAs to be active, so it seems that the more people are exposed to transactivism the more they realise what a load of BS it is. And Cardiff South and Penarth which is Stephen Doughty’s constituency - isn’t he a firm believer that TWAW?
