To sign a petition about Hermes?

Strictly speaking it’s about controlling ALL courier companies. But Hermes and their terrible service when things go wrong - and they will at some point - takes the biscuit.

There’s also a Facebook group - “ Hermes failing to deliver parcels since ….” for all those people who have spent hours days and weeks trying to contact Hermes when their parcels get stolen at the depot. It’s full of horror stories of people being royally stuffed by this company with no comeback.

It's not your problem. It's a problem for whoever you're buying from. They have your cash but you haven't got the goods. Either they send a replacement or give you a refund. If they won't go to trading standards. It's happened twice to me. I never bothered with the courier. I went to the seller and got a replacement (in one case special delivery the following day).

The petition falls at the first hurdle as there is already an independent body to oversee courier/postal disputes:

I think anyone is free to sign whatever petition they choose, no need to ask the internet

Never had a problem with hermes. Always with fedex tho.

Hermes in our area are absolutely brilliant. The guy who delivers is a treasure
