14 years for raping a 3 year old

I saw this earlier today, 14 years for raping a child of 3 years old is a joke!

I have written a petition (please help with it) to the attorney general, this scum will be put into youth detention even though he is 18! At least in prison he will get the justice he deserves from other prisoners.

This story is one I wish I could unread, we need the death penalty back for scum like this.

@FatCatThinCatThank you for the heads up. I used a friend’s account (she of course, was ok with it) as I don’t have a change account.
But the location should have been removed before. Should be rectified now.
