Reform child maintenance support from self-employed non-resident parents

The majority non-resident parents care about their children and are fair and reasonable.

Unfortunately many are not, including self-employed NRPs who can submit falsified Self Assessments to substantially reduce their declared income and therefore maintenance support.

Currently the only way to deal with this problem effectively is at the tribunal court of appeal - HMCTS, but it really shouldn’t be this hard to gain an accurate and fair calculation or payment for child support.

Please take a few minutes to SIGN this petition below and hopefully SHARE the link with the various options to help support these children’s statutory rights.

Thank you very much for reading and supporting.

Signed.

The whole system is a joke. If you have children, they need paying for.
There could be a minimum payment that reflects how much it costs to raise a child for these men at least, as well as the ones who choose not to work.

@PheasantPlucker1
Thank you, and yes I agree the whole system is a joke.
