How do we know? For all we know it could be a journalist fishing for information. If it's really the case then what makes her think they will listen when they have ignored what head teachers up and down the country have said?
Also, her organisational skills are appalling - it's posted here now and answers are needed within the next 15 minutes?! I'll pass thanks.

Do it, don't do it...no need to be snarky Hmm

With the right people around the table (including head teachers, unions, parent bodies, local authorities and the DfE), and with a solutions-focused mindset, it will be possible to find a safe and practical way forward.

This is happening now and has throughout COVID, within local authorities (LA Leaders and Headteachers(with parent feedback), Health and Safety senior staff, HR officers, Transport Managers, Building and Cleaning Services, Catering Leaders, Elected Council Members and daily meetings by LA Directors meeting with the DfE).

The government have produced their guidance for September. There won't be more of a plan because some of this is insurmountable, and the government are not/cannot address it) despite all of the professionals involved.

There is a very naive view of what is possible; LA's are working seven days a week to ensure children are back to school.
