Never had a problem with rapeseed oil. Have you got a link to a study that shows its harmful?

The petition itself lists eight reference sources giving detailed information about the concerns of Rapeseed Oil including the effects of Erucic acid, the cross-breeding and development of Rapeseed Oil as a genetically modified organism and the health risks associated with Rapeseed Oil as listed very clearly in the Allergies and Intolerance to Rapeseed Oil Group. The fact that this oil has not been fully tested for human consumption, that its original intention was as a bio-diesel lubricant for machinery, that it has a history full of health concerns should, I believe be worthy of taking seriously and certainly not to be used in any product without at least identifying it as a Major Allergen.
