Pregnant women have been placed in the vulnerable group by the government, yet the RCOG have specific guidance which allows for pregnant healthcare workers to work in direct contact with patients under 28 weeks with PPE. There is no evidence yet available to analyse and therefore we do not know what the impact of this virus is in early pregnancy.
