Please sign a petition against the gender pay gap. Women across the country are being paid less than men for doing the same work despite being equally qualified.
This petition has been started by women who work in universities who suffer a system in which vice chancellors and other (mostly male staff) earn obscene salaries of £300,000+ that should be redistributed to ordinary women staff who are paid less than men. Not even the Prime Minister earns £300,000 therefore this petition is also calling on the public to question what senior university managers are raking in because at the end of the day that is tax payers’ money.
The gender pay gap is a wider problem affecting many of us whether you work in education, the public sector or private sector. Please sign this petition.
