A subject that has been discussed before on MN, but I have recently been advised by CMS that ex has to pay 8 pounds per week child maintenance. Used to be 170 as per a Consent Order.
Ex advised that reduction was due to figure in Consent Order being too high as based on previous historical income as opposed to actual which is now known. Ex was a high earner before the divorce and I know they earn less then before, but it is still a huge drop.
What can I do?
