I think the risk is that Brexit could make the UK, and Theresa May in particular, so desperate for a trade deal, that it is afraid to call out Donald Trump.

Trump and Brexit are faces of the same movement, same aims, same tactics, same targets, same iies. Shouldn't be hidden away in this topic, yes, but the pretend there is no link is laughable

I don't have a problem with Trump visiting the UK. To think otherwise would mean I'm no better than him.

She got assurances on NATO, pretty big issue at the moment, Trumps apparent dismissal of it - have sent smaller EU countries into tail spin....she got public support - " Mr Trump I think you said " - Looking at him, "You are 100% behind Nato".

Ghost We will happily open up to our nearest neighbours, trade freely, visa free travel, no non-trade barriers etc. However, it is for them to agree to our overtures, we cannot dictate.
