Some of you may have heard about this, but sadly situation still ongoing.
The boys parents separated and the Austrian courts awarded the father (Austrian) custody. Mother is British (and was full time mother before separation), and even though her boys are (still) being neglected by their father / filipino carers (and at age 4 they still can't speak) - she can't get custody for them.
Really awful situation - and one to think about if taking your DC overseas to your's DH's country (esp if relationship not great).
