I would have said mouses. Not mice.

A shop would have lots though. Is it a display of mice or mouses?

We hav emouses in our house of a furry kind. Dds toy is called Mouse so the fact that she has two toys called mouse presumably makes it mouses.

They were named because they looked like the animal, so I can't see any reason to change the plural.
