My first language isn't English, so please be kind with me.

If I want to say something like the house of Penelope Cruz, can I write Penelope Cruz's house? or is it Cruz' house? Which Is the correct way and how do you pronounce it?

In a word that ends up in 's', say for example 'moulds', you would use moulds' x, but how do you pronounce it?

Thank you.

Cruz's - this is normal for personal names, though there are exceptions.

And moulds' pronounced moulds. This is normal for plural nouns.

Thank you, I have heard people pronouncing words ending in s' like moulds', mouldeses, is this correct?

Chimpances' how on earth do you pronounce that?

No, moulds' is prounounced moulds unless it's a personal name in which case it would be spelt and pronounced Moulds's ("the Moulds's dinner party", for example).

Chimpanzees' - pronounce chimpanzees not chimpanzeeses.
