It's Marley and Me rather than Me and Marley because Marley is the principal focus, rather than Me. So he comes first. That said, why anyone would give two hoots about an American man's labrador I just dion't know.

Marley and I sleep in it
The correct one is where you can remove 'marley'and it still makes sense so
'that bed belongs to me'
'I sleep in it'
